NEW DOCUMENTARY NOW STREAMING LIVE
WBD will leave no stone unturned in its approach to get to the heart of every story. Building the excitement ahead of the main draw, its new and original 45-minute documentary titled The New Dawn of Tennis is now available to stream on-demand on through the sport tier on HBO Max across Europe (excluding France). The film follows the new titans of tennis, Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner, as they take on the mantle from ‘the big three’. The intense sporting rivalry was epitomised in last year’s Roland-Garros Men’s Singles Final - a match that lasted some 5 hours and 29 minutes full of incredible plot twists.
The documentary features exclusive interviews with a litany of tennis experts including John McEnroe, Jim Courier, Mats Wilander, Justine Henin, Alex Corretja, Amelie Mauresmo and Ricardo Piatti to break down exactly how the longest Roland-Garros Final in history unfolded.
