TNT Sports’ and Eurosport’s coverage of the 129th Roland-Garros will feature an esteemed roster of commentators and contributors that will be prominently featured throughout the prestigious clay court Grand Slam tennis tournament.
This unrivalled collection of on-air personalities, including Hall of Famers Andre Agassi, John McEnroe, Lindsay Davenport, Jim Courier, Chris Evert, Mats Wilander and Boris Becker — winners of nearly 100 tennis Grand Slams (Singles, Doubles and Mixed) — will bring a wealth of experience and championship-level insights to TNT Sports’ and Eurosport’s coverage across all platforms reaching a global audience.
This year marks the first of a new 10-year agreement for TNT Sports to present Roland-Garros in the U.S., with comprehensive coverage to include featured matches each day on TNT, expansive daily whiparound action on truTV and every match available on Max. TNT Sports also becomes the home of Roland-Garros in the UK and Ireland with exclusive distribution in 49 European markets** continuing Eurosport’s 36-year run of coverage. Warner Bros. Discovery, the parent company of TNT Sports and Eurosport, is the largest global rights holder of Roland-Garros and will feature a star-studded lineup of match and studio analysts including:
- Mats Wilander, who captured the Roland-Garros Men’s Singles Championship in 1982, 1985 and 1988, and amassed a 47-9 Singles record at Roland-Garros, appearing predominantly for TNT Sports UK and Eurosport
- Alex Corretja, who reached the 2001 Men’s Singles Final at Roland-Garros, captured 17 Singles titles and three Doubles titles on the ATP Tour, appearing predominantly for TNT Sports UK and Eurosport
- Tim Henman, who reached the 2004 Roland-Garros Men’s Singles Semifinal, won 11 Singles titles and four Doubles titles on the ATP Tour, appearing predominantly for TNT Sports UK and Eurosport
- Boris Becker, a six-time Grand Slam Singles Champion, three-time Roland-Garros Men’s Singles Semifinalist and 2003 International Tennis Hall of Fame inductee, appearing predominantly for TNT Sports UK and Eurosport
- John McEnroe, a 1999 International Tennis Hall of Fame inductee who won the Roland-Garros Mixed Doubles Title in 1977 and reached the Men’s Singles Final in 1984, as well as claiming seven Grand Slam Men’s Singles titles throughout his career, providing studio and match analysis for TNT Sports’ U.S. coverage, TNT Sports UK and Eurosport
- Jim Courier, the only American to win back-to-back Roland-Garros Men’s Singles Championships (1991-92), serving as a studio and match analyst for TNT Sports’ U.S. coverage, TNT Sports UK and Eurosport
- Chris Evert, who won a Roland-Garros record-setting seven Women’s Singles Championships (1974, 1975, 1979, 1980, 1983, 1985 & 1986), joining the broadcast team as a studio and match analyst for TNT Sports’ U.S. coverage, TNT Sports UK and Eurosport
- Caroline Wozniacki, the 2018 Australian Open Women’s Singles Champion and winner of 30 WTA Singles titles, as a studio and match analyst for TNT Sports’ U.S. coverage, TNT Sports UK and Eurosport
- Andre Agassi, an eight-time major champion and tennis icon, contributing studio analysis during the semifinal and final rounds, predominantly for TNT Sports U.S.
- Lindsay Davenport, a three-time Grand Slam Singles Champion who reached the Women’s Singles Semifinals at Roland-Garros in 1998, offering match and studio analysis predominantly for TNT Sports U.S.
- CoCo Vandeweghe, who won the Women’s Doubles Title at the 2018 US Open and reached two Grand Slam Singles Semifinals in 2017, serving as a studio analyst predominantly for TNT Sports U.S.
- Sam Querrey, winner of 10 ATP Singles titles and five Doubles titles, offering studio and match analysis during the event predominantly for TNT Sports U.S.
- Sloane Stephens, a Roland-Garros Singles Finalist in 2018 and winner of eight career titles, contributing analysis and player interviews predominantly for TNT Sports U.S.
- Chris Eubanks, an active ATP Tour player who won the 2023 Mallorca Championships for his first career title, providing studio analysis at the conclusion of his tournament run in Paris predominantly for TNT Sports U.S.
- Darren Cahill, a former ATP Tour player and coach to multiple top-ranked Singles players, joining the broadcast team at times throughout the tournament predominantly for TNT Sports U.S.
Building on its longstanding relationship with Roland-Garros in Europe, Eurosport’s and TNT Sports’ (UK and Ireland) exclusive offerings will feature streaming of every match on Max and discovery+**. With record-setting viewership in 2024, coverage of Roland-Garros in Europe will once again feature an established lineup of commentators including Nick Mullins, Naomi Cavaday, Anne Keothavong and Miles Maclagan while Rachel Stringer, Craig Doyle, Lesly Boitrelle and Laura Robson, an Olympic Mixed Doubles silver medallist at London 2012, will serve as presenters.
TNT Sports’ U.S. coverage — all originating live from Paris, beginning Sunday, May 25, on TNT, truTV and Max — will feature additional acclaimed pundits including:
Venus Williams, winner of 23 Grand Slam titles, will also contribute to TNT Sports’ Roland-Garros coverage, hosting a series of special features highlighting the rich history of the clay court tournanment and the intersection of the sport of tennis and Parisian culture. The features will run within TNT Sports’ and Eurosport’s coverage of the event.
Additionally, Patrick McEnroe will contribute play-by-play, hosting (whiparound action, at times, on truTV) and match and studio analysis throughout the event.
He will be joined by a slate of veteran sportscasters anchoring the action in Paris including play-by-play announcers Brian Anderson, Alex Faust and Mark Petchey (who will also host whiparound coverage on truTV in addition to his play-by-play responsibilities). Adam Lefkoe will host TNT’s studio coverage on site in Paris.
Mary Joe Fernandez, a Roland-Garros finalist in 1993 and winner of seven Singles titles and 17 in Doubles, will be a reporter and contributor throughout the event. Jon Wertheim, an accomplished tennis journalist and 60 Minutes correspondent, will be an essayist and contributor to TNT Sports’ Roland-Garros coverage.
