‘RIDE OF A LIFETIME’ LAUNCHES ON EUROSPORT
Cycling fans across Europe are being offered the chance to experience an exciting journey through Israel as Eurosport launches ‘Ride of a Lifetime.’ The series, which debuted on all Eurosport platforms last month follows adventurers Elodie Poirier and Jonas Kassigkeit as they explore the country’s breathtaking landscapes, rich history and culture, whilst tackling its demanding terrain.
The short-form series is made up of 45 x 90 second episodes, broadcast across all European territories. The series will be shown each week on Eurosport channels, run through to the end of the year and will be supported via the Israel Ministry of Tourism social and digital channels.
The two adventurers, TV producer and journalist Elodie Poirier from Paris and student Jonas Kassigkeit of Brandenburg in Germany, have travelled to over 30 countries across Europe and South America between them and will offer viewers unique insights into Israel throughout the series.
Eurosport CEO Peter Hutton said: “As the Home of Cycling, we are privileged to partner with the Israel Ministry of Tourism to welcome so many fans to our platforms each week. ‘Ride of a Lifetime’ is beautifully directed and produced.
“Every keen cyclist will be able to relate to Elodie and Jonas’s journey and the element of discovery you find whenever you jump on a bike. The two adventurers are clearly keen travellers who have set out wanting to learn more about Israel, the people and share that experience back to millions of people across Europe. It will make for compelling viewing throughout the series.”
