In the first episode – My Practice – Tiger reveals his practice methods and the intensity and detail-oriented nature of his preparations, and how this enables him to feel positive when it comes to competition. Woods also talks candidly about how his approach to practice has evolved over time with injury management and family life taking precedence, sharing a situation that many amateur and professional golfer can relate to.

The next episode in the series – My Driving Secrets – will see Tiger explain the two big principles his father taught him that enabled him to swing as hard as he could and drive the ball with such distance and accuracy off the tee. Tiger discusses the changes in his power play as the game has evolved in recent years, with the younger generation of players hitting the ball farther than ever, and how he has adjusted his own driving technique in response to managing his body and changes to his mobility.
