This weekend (3-4 August) is an Olympic medal bonanza with 46 gold medals up for a grabs across a huge weekend of live sport – including the famed ‘Super Saturday’. The best way to get into the Olympic spirit is with Max and discovery+* with every moment of every single sport available live – giving fans the ability to choose to watch whatever they want, whenever they want.

Eurosport will make available 256 live events and over 600 hours of live sports content available for fans over the weekend - with a peak of 32 live concurrent streams during an epic Super Saturday on its enhanced streaming service Max and discovery+*.

Every story will be told on Max, discovery+* and Eurosport.

Discovery has produced a brand new 60-minute documentary – August 4th – An Olympic Odyssey – which utilises an extensive archive to highlight a day that holds huge important and significance. Featuring exclusive interviews with Stuart Owen Rankin (grandson of Jesse Owens); Sky Brown (Tokyo 2020 Olympic bronze medallist); Marie-José Pérec (French triple Olympic gold medallist), August 4th – the documentary delves into the stories behind the stories and is available on-demand via Max and discovery+*.
