FULLY IMMERSIVE FIM SGP-VERSE APP NOW AVAILABLE ON ALL MOBILE DEVICES
Fans can enjoy the ultimate, fully immersive FIM Speedway experience as the FIM SGP-VERSE app is now also available on Android devices.
In partnership with FIM Speedway GP global promoter, Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) Sports Europe, Infinite Reality launched the world’s first socially interactive and fully immersive speedway experience on iOS devices in May. Fans can now also download the FIM SGP-Verse app for free on Android devices from Google Play ahead of today’s FIM Speedway GP of Great Britain – Cardiff at the iconic Principality Stadium.
The FIM SGP-Verse app gives fans the chance to experience FIM Speedway events as never before in this virtual reality world, featuring live pit reporters, as well as the chance to interact with the sport’s biggest stars. Tai Woffinden, Jack Holder and Bartosz Zmarzlik are some the riders who have taken part in meet and greets with fans in the FIM SGP-Verse.
Three-time Speedway World Champion Tai Woffinden shares his thoughts on the new experience: “Catching up with fans from around the world in the FIM SGP-Verse has been a lot of fun. It’s exciting that even more fans will now have access to the platform on their phones. I’m looking forward to connecting with more of them globally thanks to this technology.”
The FIM SGP-Verse also offers fans a chance to deepen their knowledge of the sport with a wealth of video content, explainers, and a virtual FIM Speedway Museum that celebrates over 100 years of racing history.
