EUROSPORT PARTNERS WITH CANARY ISLANDS ON MULTI-CHANNEL CAMPAIGN

Eurosport is pleased to collaborate with the Canary Islands to produce a brand-new series - "Canary Islands. One goal, one destination. All year-round" - a multi-channel campaign to promote the archipelago as the perfect destination for professional athletes, semi-professional athletes and teams looking for the optimum conditions to prepare for upcoming competitions. 

Since its launch in April 2024, this initiative has been featured across Eurosport platforms in Europe, showcasing the Canary Islands as the premier training destination for professional and semi-professional athletes.

The campaign, which will be also be broadcast during Eurosport’s coverage of Paris 2024, highlights the expertise and insights of renowned sporting icons:

Alberto Contador, Spanish seven-time Grand Tour winner.
Katinka Hosszu, Hungarian three-time Olympic champion and world record holder in swimming.
• Iwan Thomas, Team GB World Champion and Olympic silver medallist in athletics.

Produced in French, English, German, Italian, and Spanish, "Canary Islands. One goal, one destination. All year-round." emphasizes the unique advantages of the archipelago for athlete training. The campaign includes a 60-second TV commercial and three engaging short films showcasing how these elite athletes utilize the Canary Islands' exceptional landscapes and facilities to achieve peak performance.
