Tina Maze is a former alpine ski racing double Olympic gold medallist and has worked for Eurosport since 2016.

Maze is the most successful Slovenian ski racer in history winning two gold medals at the 2014 Winter Olympics. She was awarded the title of the Slovenian Sportswoman of the Year six times between 2005 and 2015. In a decorated career on the piste, Maze is a double Olympic champion in downhill and giant slalom, the world champion in downhill and combined.

Maze announced her retirement from skiing in October 2016 and worked for Eurosport Italy’s digital platforms at the 2019 Alpine World Ski Championships in Are, Sweden.
